We bought two and one from best buy and other from amzon but best buy one work perfectly, clear picture, resolution and high quality.

This fulfilled our need to be able to connect our computer monitor to our new Dell Desktop Tower. Very thankful to have found this in stock at the Boise store and quickly got our new computer up and running.

The 6" HDMI to DVI monitor cable was just what I need when I purchased a new computer that did not have the old monitor ports. With this cable I did not have to buy a new monitor and my old monitor works great. Easy hook up with no problems.

This was great. I needed to connect a Playstation 5 to an older monitor and this did the trick. An HDMI cable doesn’t work, nor does an VGA cable because it is analog. This HDMI to DVI cable transmits digital, so it works, and I am very happy.

This was the perfect solution for me. I bought a secondhand monitor that was a bit older so it only had DVI and VGA ports while my laptop only has an HDMI port. The description for this item is a little confusing but it does work for an HDMI output (from laptop) to DVI input (into monitor). Just to reiterate since I'm not sure if this cable is bidirectional, my use for this cable is to extend the display from my laptop to a monitor that has a DVI port. I hope this helps! I spent hours going down a rabbit hole of how to connect my HDMI only laptop to this monitor I got, and TLDR; HDMI->DVI is a better connection and more reliable because they are both digital signals. HDMI->VGA requires changing the digital signal into an analog one for the VGA port to process.

Thank God Best Buy had these. I am working from home again with a new job and unfortunately, I had to buy my own monitors. I had an old and and was given some and they used these old VDA (I think they're called) hook-ups. Best Buy had them in stock and saved the day.

I have an old Dell monitor that had a DVI port. I am able to use this cable to connect it to my laptop’s hdmi port. It works flawlessly.

It works Great with My New Computer. I kept My older Monitor but I needed a New Cable for the proper connection. Best Buy has a Great Selection of Items. If Best Buy does not have it , then You don't need it.

Well constructed HDMI to DVI-D cable that allowed me to use my new Windows 11 desktop computer with my older non-HDMI capable monitor. The 6 foot length is appropriately long for the distance between my desktop computer and monitor. Great price and in-stock at my local store.

I moved my monitor to my wife’s computer. Her computer only had HDMI and VGA ports for outputs. The monitor only had VGA and DVI inputs. I bought this cable to go from the HDMI output to DVI input. It works great without any problems.
