I used this adapter for my Ham radio (Yaesu FT-710), which has a DVI-D output, and I have the HDMI plugged into a Elgato USB 3.0 Cam Link HDMI capture stick.

I had no idea where they were, but when an employee saw me looking around he asked to help and showed me where there were. I was out of the store in under 5 minutes...!! And the cord works great...!!

It's a cable to connect your laptop to a monitor. Pretty standard stuff and pretty hard to mess up. Best Buy was on point though. Had it in stock and ready for pick up. Was able to grab it same day. Would buy again. But I guess if I had to buy again then I should have given it 1 star because that would imply it didn't work. Either way buy it if you need it and know you'll be good.
