I was just looking for something to mirror my phone screen to my work computer since I am not allowed to browse the internet only for business, I was expecting just to have it mirror my screen but this exceeded my expectations I had no idea about DeX If your phone is compatible with that then that means you could plug it into a monitor And when this wire your phone will act as a computer and your phone screen will be a touch mouse pad I was so blown away It was awesome it was perfect for what I needed and I needed to be sneaky for work so they won't find when I'm watching anime on the job, yes I'm a bad worker but ehh I'm ok with that , So good I'm buying the second one so I can use it when I'm not in my office and in other offices lol

I'd misplaced the cable connecting my laptop to my big screen. So I went into my Best Buy and he knew exactly what I needed. The service could not have been any faster'tho the cable was out of stock. Customer service immediately placed a call to another store and within 12 hours my store called to tell me the cable had arrived. Nowadays it's very rare that I receive service like this. Although the cable is pretty generic and I could have purchased it at a closer store, I always opt for Best Buy because the product, the service, and the available credit plan is always the highest quality around. I've been a customer of Best Buy for more than 30 years purchasing appliances, computers, phones, stereos, entertainment center, and more than I can remember. If they were not the number one in retail and repair service (Geek Squad/Total Geek) I would never have remained a customer.
