However I did notice I lost power while someone else was using the extra usb port to charge their phone. Phone never fell from mount so that connection was secure. Randomly one day after a week the mount itself broke from the vent clip due to the weight from the phone (iPhone 12). I ended up returning this for a different brand.

I have always been a little skeptical of vent mount solutions, as my wife's car has one and it does not work with the iPhone MAX sized phones. They are too heavy.
