The magnetic wireless car charger Best Buy essentials is a great option for you to have in your vehicle.
This works with any iPhone 13 and 12. Minis and pros alike.
Make sure that you don’t have a very thick case or the magnetic portion of this device will not work.
For best results use without a case with a thin case or with a case it has a magnetic mag safe array.
Charges a second device with an included USB port which is literally a two for one.
Snaps magnetically into place to ensure a secure hold.
It will block most of your AC vents so that might be an issue.
The style of this wireless car charger is sleek and modern.
It will fit in any vehicle as far as design.
To charge your device place it on the mount on the center of the wireless car charger with the screen facing out it’s impossible to use it any other way.
Plug one end of the USB cable into your car chargers USB port plug the other in into your other mobile devices which could be your watch or your AirPods and once it begins charging your device and the LED lights blue very cool option.

This works great as a wireless charger. My radio in my car is stock and needs an aux cord since the charger/aux port doesn’t work. So on long drives I cannot charge my phone and listen to music at the same time. The mount holds up very well and I just tucked the wire into the trim of my car so it’s not in the way.

With the magnets included in your iPhone, there should be sufficient force to hold your phone to the charger - but who knows if you can get the charger to hold to your car. I couldn't. My car's vents are thicker than the widest section of the clip opening. The clip is also very wide, so standard vents may be too close packed. Interestingly, they used a close to standard sized ball head mount, so you could probably rig up a better solution if you wanted. I don't think you will, though.********
The charger is decent quality, being that the base comes in a matte/machined grey coated aluminum. The top face is matte plastic, which is better than piano black, but still rings cheap.********
Cord length is actually far too long for this application. You only need a couple feet. This gives you 5.********
Plug in features a USB A slot for charging other devices - but this is the biggest issue: it doesn't give you any watts. In 2022, fast chargers are everywhere. This has 7.5W of wireless charging, and 5W through the USB A. Charging your phone - or ESPECIALLY a second device - is going to take a looong car ride. You have to be road-trippin for this to make sense. All the latest iPhones support 15W. This is half that. It frankly doesn't cut it.

worked wonders in my 2011 Chevy Volt, fits perfectly on my left vent and gives me perfect access to swipe music since my steering wheel doeent have next and previous song controls, and better yet, it has more than enough cable to be able to be ran from my centre console lighter port all the way to the air vent on the left side of my steering wheel with some cable to spare, and gives me an extra usb plug for other things! charges my phone super quick too! amazing purchase, just one change id like to see is possibly a removable cable, but other than that its a 10/10

MagSafe compatible iPhone 12 to 14, very secure!

Using this in the car, I used the console mounted "cigarette lighter" socket, and then clipping the charging pad to the dash vent louver, as instructed. The process took only a minute to accomplish. The clip to the louver was secure, although it took a bit of force for it to grab hold of the louver vane, it was quite stable and secure there, as desired. The angle was easily adjusted to be optimum for quick glances from the driver, with only momentary taking my eyes from the business of driving.
The power delivered to the iPhone mini 13 was 7.5 W, which is pretty much the norm for car chargers. Certainly enough to keep the phone charged while having the Maps app running constantly. The charging pad kept a secure grip on the phone, and it stood up to the usual vibrations of road and bumps, without shifting of the phone or its angle. See the video attached for my "shake trial" which the charger passed easily. However, using a iPhone 13 with a leather folio case (heavier significantly) I was able to shake it loose, but did not notice it slipping or shifting in regular city street or highway driving.

Had a few weeks in an older vehicle without Nav or the ability to display song info over Bluetooth. Solves both the display and charging issues with the convenience of not having to actually plug anything in. Hold is pretty strong if you have a MagSafe case. If you have just a generic case without MagSafe the hold is kind of weak….may fall off with sudden stops. The vent mount holds well so far, too. Only tip is to make sure you pull from the top (non magnet) part of the phone to remove. If you pull from the center the friction grip of the mount starts to pull away from the vent over time.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The Magsafe magnet holds strong, and the wireless charging works pretty. I would’ve preferred a dashboard mounted version of this, but it keeps a solid grip on my air vent so far.

Its a great charger / mount and does exactly what you’d expect. However, it does tend to move a little too easily, causing need for occasional readjustment.

Had to buy a compatible case (previously had Otterbox Commuter that was too thick for the magnet to work), but I knew that would be the case.
I have an iPhone 12 and it holds very well. Only downside is, it gets hot and has to turn off charging unless I have the AC blowing through the vents. I think this is an issue for all (most?) wireless chargers.

Strong and sturdy. Magnet is extremely strong with fast charge time. Cord length is more than enough. Works with airpods too if the case supports wireless charging.
Cant remember if I got it off clearance, but it wasnt that expensive and is well worth the money to have.

Highly recommend. I’ve had the magnetic strip that attaches to the airvent but this is better. I have an iPhone with the magsafe case, this makes it wasy to have one tool. Charging that can hold my phone without falling.

Charges. But no usb will fit in the “usb” port on the 12v side. And I pushed my vent in and out if it’s frame putting the clip on the vent. Also don’t use your heat or your phone will get too hot to charge. Other than that, pretty dope.

The product is good. I didn't realize that the magnetic holder isn't strong enough to support my cell with the protective cover on. Unfortunately, I do have trouble getting the protective cell phone cover on and off.
I think there are Wireless Vehicle Chargers which are strong enough to work with the protective cover on.

Nicely priced, charges quickly enough, and is easy to setup and use. This is as stable as any other brand I have used and takes a little toying to get it where you’d like it. I cannot speak for the heavier phones, however. This is used on a pro phone, not a pro max, so I’m not sure how that added weight will fare.

It is a pretty nice charger, the only qualm is that you need to be careful taking your phone off of the charger so it does not come off the vent
