I purchased at the end of May and it is now the end of June and the charger has already stopped working. It started having issues a few weeks ago but I thought it was just a fluke so I didn’t return it. It was very sensitive to touch. If you move the charger just slightly while charging it would stop charging. Unfortunately, it was not a fluke and the charger is just poor quality. I will not buy a Best Buy branded item from them again. The charger didn’t even last a month and now it is outside of the return window and I am stuck having to buy a new one.

Who needs a 9 foot charger for a car? I did not realize the length of it when I purchased it. I was just handed it from the sales person. I am using it in the house, but I still need a short one for my car. I should’ve checked it before I left, but I thought the sales person was giving me what I had asked for.
