I am thinking about seriously sending it back. A new computer should not work like this. My other hp computers all in one and laptops have worked perfectly and i had complete confidence in the Geek Squad. But, they just seem not to be able to access my new HP all in one computer. just doesnt make any since. may i return it to get another one?

The USB A to USB C cable is slow charge. You can buy USB C TO USB C cable if you want fast charge.
