The chat agent helped to create a replacement order and that order was cancelled for no reason. I chatted and called several times to get this resolved but not able to get the item resent or refund the reward certificate. The agents were courtesy but they were not able to help the customer due to Bestbuy system issue. It seems like BestBuy system has huge limitations and cannot help to resolve customer issues caused by their system. The whole experience was time consuming and frustrated. Very disappointed with BesyBuy service.

The back cardboard of the battery package was more than 3/4 torn open, enough that the batteries would fall out of the package. I don't know if I got new or used batteries.

Just seem to go through these a lot faster. But if you just need some to toss in a box for an emergency, they'll get you through until you can get some better ones.
