We got a refurbished one but still it’s in perfect working condition. My dad is very happy with it, though it was tricky setting the exact time. He doesn’t use the alarm or radio functions.

Unit failed after 10 days; have a new replacement

Managed to get a replacement (be careful you have 14 days to replace) from store. So far second unit is working If works for reasonable time , I will revise review Tom

He got the clock with no problem, but had difficulty getting a radio station. Maybe it would be easier in a major city with lots of stations, but mostly he gets static. He gave up trying. One other problem is that it gives static for a couple of seconds at any frequency, even one that is pretty loud. If you're not patient, you won't find anything.

The sound is good enough for the purpose and the numbers are easy to read.

Bad product - Radio failed quickly

FWIW, the clock keeps perfect time. and the alarm works perfectly, with the same go-to-static problem, But I bought it for the AM-FM radio. I'd rate it zero if I could. This is the first thing I've bought from Best Buy that was awful.

Picks up all radio channels so reception is fine. 2 alam settings is a plus. Only negative is the usb port. It is a slow charge port. So don't expect your phone to charge quickly if connected. My wife connects her mini tabletop humidifier. That works fine.
