    This stopped working after 2 weeks. Wish it did last cause the cock was a great size and the the numbers were super easy to see. Gave it a 3 star cause of this.

      Alarm volume can be set up by step 5 under the section "Using the alarm clock" in the QSG:

      Setting an alarm

      1. Press and hold (Alarm 1). The hours digits blink.

      2. Press (down) or (up) repeatedly to set the correct hour, then press (Alarm 1) to save the setting. The minutes digits blink.

      3. Press (down) or (up) repeatedly to set the correct minutes, then press (Alarm 1) to save the setting.

      4. Press (down) or (up) to select the alarm ring type (“Bu” for a buzzer sound or “rad” for the radio), then press (Alarm 1) to save the setting.

      5. Press (down) or (up) to set the volume, then press (Alarm 1) to save the setting. Alarm 1 is turned on. BBY-ExBrand_Best_Buy_essentials

    After a year of use, the screen is stuck displaying the radio frequency of 87.5 I cannot figure out how to troubleshoot past that. It probably is easier to just get a new one, since it is fairly cheap.

    I don't typically like writing negative reviews, but this clock was so impossible to program that we ended up returning it. It's a shame because the size of the numbers (which is the reason why we bought it) is great. If you just need a clock but don't need to program the alarm, it would be fine. The price was good as well--for some reason, alarm clocks are insanely expensive these days.

    First clock radio I got worked for 10 days then the radio would play for 3or 4 minutes and go to loud buzz. Managed to get a replacement (be careful you have 14 days to replace) from store. So far second unit is working If works for reasonable time , I will revise review Tom

    nice big numbers to see at night. The last radio did not keep good time and there was no way to correct the time since it gave the time automatically. I was always a little late for meetings. This one keeps good time and you can adjust the time if you need to.
