I called Best Buy as I had bought this on clearance, not open box as is now listed. It was supposed to be new, not used. It does not work even with the power cord that I had to supply. They were sending me another one as a replacement, but decided to cancel it for one reason or another. I was told that it was no longer in stock. Then I was told I could not get a refund unless I took it back to the store which is two hours from my home. Very dissatisfied. Best Buy, don’t lose a customer over this!

Worked fine for a short time, then stopped working
