    digital strength of light for clock is weak, hard to read any more ten feet away. time-alarm settings hard to set/little instructions provided.

      Thanks for the feedback.

      1. There are three brightness level for the display, you can press the snooze button to adjust brightness.

      2. On standby/clock mode, press and hold the setting button until the display blinks, then you can set the hour, press the setting button another time, then you can set the minute.

      3. On standby/clock mode, press and hold clock 1 or clock 2 until the display blinks, then you can adjust up/down to set the alarm.

      Note: you can only set hour, minute or alarm during the display blinks. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    The radio stopped working after three weeks. The on-off button is stuck. When pried loose the radio makes a scratching noise but can't be tuned.

    Does not work well. I Was unabe to set it. It reminds me of the old radio that drift in and out according to radio waves, direction, intervals etc.

    I bought this thinking it would be a great little clock for use in my bedroom. Unboxed it and plugged it up and it would not work at all.

    I bought this because the salesperson said it would work if we lost power during Ian. It did not work without plugging it into the generator, so we had no news or clock when it was off. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed since we were without power for three days.

      During set the alarm, the wake up loudness can be adjusted, and the alarm will auto turn off after 1 hour if no operation, you can also snooze the alarm or turn off the alarm by snooze button or alarm button. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia
