Thanks for the feedback. Could you please have a try as following?
On standby/clock mode, press and hold the setting button until the display blinks, then you can set the hour, press the setting button another time, then you can set the minute. Note: you can only set hour or minute during the display blinks.

Thanks for the feedback.
During set the alarm, the wake up loudness can be adjusted, and the alarm will auto turn off after 1 hour if no operation, you can also snooze the alarm or turn off the alarm by snooze button or alarm button.

It did not work without plugging it into the generator, so we had no news or clock when it was off. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed since we were without power for three days.

Couldn't set the alarm to sound with the radio - even though it's supposed to do either buzzer or radio. Played the radio - sounds really tinny. Didn't keep accurate time! The dimming feature worked well. Would not recommend.
