    This item is a "passive" DisplayPort to HDMI adapter but does not say that on the box or on the online view of the product. In order to successfully connect 2 monitors to my desktop, I need an "active" DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. I waited past the 15-day return period before I knew why this adapter was the wrong one.
