The length was also as described on the package. The cable in between the two plugs is black and flexible. There are no sharp edges that would be hazardous. So simple even a child could use it.

I don't mess with it a lot, it stays plugged in typically anyways- but still just kinda went out and needed to replace. Lucky it's on the cheaper end so it's not the end of the world!
