Straight out of the box I plugged it in and the connection was super spotty and unusable. The 1/4” end fits nicely but the 3.5mm connection requires some really fine grained fiddling to get working and then wont stay in position. Dont be like me and waste your time and/or money. Buy somethinf that actually works. Never buying BestBuy Essentials ever again :(

Horrible Product

When I was playing music, it sounded like the music lost the lyrics, and you could only hear a reverberated version of the song. I feel this is a waste of money.

Luckily I didn't lose out on too much as this thing is literal garbage and was loose from day one. Really bad sound quality and just crap, better to spend a bit more to get quality.
