I was referred to the Best Buy Bx Terminal site whereby my cell was wiped clean prior to transferring my contacts, calendar or appointments after an exchange of the malfunctioning cell. The Service area Cashier was informed before the transaction was completed that the Geek Squad needed the old phone to transfer all info to the new one. This should never happen to any one

Didn’t work with either one. Took the charger out to the truck so I could see if it was the charger or the adapters. Charger works fine when plugged in directly, but not when using the adapters.
