These work fine. I would have no problem recommending them.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It Happens: I'm visiting with a friend or family member, and while I might have my laptop in-tow, I'm officially "off-duty" from my IT-rescue stuff, and thusly don't have my usual tools at-hand, but suddenly someone has a problem: they need to grab a file from one device to put on another, but don't have the right cable to connect those devices together, and wireless transfer won't cut it, assuming that's even an option. Most of the time, something like this can get me out of such a jam, and besides being cheap, it's drop-dead easy to carry - just slip it over the keychain and forget it until it's needed. Highly recommended.

Upgrading to new electronics that have USB-C instead of a USB has left me buying plugs. The first time great. But, multiple upgrades for multiple family members was looking to be a huge expenditure. These are so easily portable that I have been able to take them to work and on trips and charge my items where USB ports are the norm.

Great converter though. Computer speakers are USB-C only for audio and power. Got to use a converter. The USB-C port is on top, no good. I like my speaker wires running to the back.
