Does what it is supposed to do. The tether is great to prevent losing such a small item.

I had a nice yet different experience at the Best Buy store. Need more staff There was a computer that was not working when sales person was trying to ring up a purchase. Staff was polite.

Overall, it is a good product. No Issues were identified during the usage. I bought these a month ago and they are working as expected.

Bought a computer from Bestbuy and ordered a docking station for monitors. My docking station does not work with my USB-C, the Geek Squad recommended this and still does not work with my docking station. Waste of money for me. I live 2 1/2 hrs from the nearest Bestbuy and the return time will expire before I go back.

I bought this item on December 29th after talking to an associate at Best Buy to make sure it would charge my husbands brand new camera. When we tried it on the next day, it didn't work. I tried to return it in January within the 30 days after I got home from a death in the family in Pennsylvania and they refused to take it back.

Saved me since my pc doesn’t have usb c ports. Haven’t noticed any lag with them and the little cord has made it so convenient to not lose it and will attach to everything! And you get 2 of them!

These adapters do exactly what they’re supposed to—convert a USB-C device to a standard USB connection without any hassle. As times change, this keeps the transition more palatable. Most of my electronics that must be charged need a usb port so I have numerous usb chargers. The new equipment and chargers have changed. This is a God send to that change. This fits over USB to allow the new USB c charge almost all my Apple devices. I’m impressed with the simplicity of the device and the ease of use. It made my day to find them so much that I bought 6 packages. I gave several to family members.

Convenient compact adapters. Working so far without problems

Maybe it's not having enough new equipment but I have USB A ports aplenty. I needed some USB C options as more of my devices and cables are two-ended USB C only. These work great for converting USB A's to USB C with one drawback, they are not made to actually identify as a USB C port. And some devices may not work with this adaptor. That is NOT a problem with the adaptor itself, as these are a good product and work as intended. Our devices are "smart" and they know if they are plugged into a proper port or not. These adaptors will work for general USB C purposes, non-fast charging, etc. They are handy to carry in a device bag or have one for multiple locations. They work as intended.

Super convenient size and I liked that it had the string so it's not just flying around everywhere when being transported! I bought this because I needed to transfer some local data from my old Lenovo Ideapad onto my Macbook pro, using a La Cie External Hard Drive that only had a male USB-C piece, but my Ideapad only had USB-A female ports, and it made my process transferring go super smoothly! I didn't run into any problems and they're super great to have on hand as adapters! It's really cool that it also came with two and not just one, so it's great for multiple projects!

I picked up this 2-pack of USB-C to USB-A adapters because my car and a few older chargers still only have USB-A ports. These adapters work flawlessly with my newer devices, including my iPhone 15 Pro Max and my wireless earbuds. The build quality is solid nothing feels cheap or flimsy. They’re compact, lightweight, and fit snugly without wiggling or losing connection. I keep one in the car and one at home, and they’ve already saved me a few times when I forgot my original charging block. Transfer speeds are quick when moving data, and charging is just as fast as expected. For the price, you really can’t beat the convenience and reliability. Very useful. Keep one in car and one travels with me. My husband tried a different version (ie, cheaper version not from best buy) and it wasn’t compatible with apple carplay. No problems with this one, works great without any glitches.

Love this! Helped me connect to my car since I have a new phone. This allowed me to listen to music in my car. Love that it came with two so now I can leave one in my car abd have an extra for guests
