New vehicles don’t allow old usb connections so I purchased this adapter so I can still use my old devices

Worked well and cleaned up the connections of my USB A dongles to my USB C computer ports.

Bought this for my Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio. I plugged in a (gaming) mouse, and it felt a little tight for both sides, the USB-C male and USB female. I had to force it in a little just to get them to plug in and plug out (hoping I didn't damage anything). The reaction is good, I was able use the mouse fine. However, both of the adapters keep disconnecting randomly. Not sure why. It's not the mouse, because I have used this mouse before, but with a different adapter and they worked fine.

If you're like me, and have USB keyboards and mice, this is a must have for the Mac Mini. It works exactly as advertised, and isn't too obtrusive (it's about as good as can be expected).

I purchased these so I could use my stick drive that only has a USB-A connector to listen to music in cars that only have a USB-C input. The adapters (come in a box of 2) appear to be sturdy and well made. I tried using my stick drive with one of the adapters connected to it to listen to music loaded on my stick drive connected with one of the adapters to the USB-C port on my Windows laptop and it worked perfectly so I don't anticipate having any issues using it in a car with a USB-C input. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to attach the lanyard that came with the adapter to the adapter from the limited instructions on the box the adapters came in. You basically have to peel a piece of plastic film off the adhesive side of a small piece of stiff plastic the lanyard is attached to and then press/attach the adhesive side ot the stiff piece of plastic to the side of the adapter (as noted on the box, once you attach the lanyard to the adapter, it can't be removed and reattached later). Since I only just got the adapters, I don't know how durable that will be. The one thing I would have preferred in the design of this item would be if the housing from which the male USB-C connector protrudes would be shaped to fit the cap from a capped USB-A stick drive to provide a more protection when transporting a stick drive with the USB-C adapter attached. Other than that admittedly minor quibble, these are nice little adapters that seem to work well.

Got these to transfer data from memory sticks to new MacBook with no USB ports, just USB-C. Work great; only surprise was how tight they fit on the USB. Maybe with a little wear they'll loosen up. A plus is how compact they are, you can port 2 side-by-side.

If you recently upgraded to a new computer like me, you know that USB-C ports have replaced the old USB-A ports. If you, like me, also have a number of legacy USB-A devices, these adapters are a must-have. I had a ZOOM meeting and, just before it started, realized I had not hooked up my Logi camera (with a USB-A connector) to my M4 Mac Mini. I used one of these Best Buy adapters and had no hitches with my camera during the ZOOM meeting. The package contains two adapters, my suggestion is keep one by the desktop and carry the second with the laptop. The adapters are inexpensive and allow you to continue using your existing peripherals. This factor alone means the adapters pay for themselves.

These are very handy, and do the trick! Just make sure to secure them when not in use, they can disappear quick!

I bought these to use a USB-A device in a usb-c slot. It works well and the size is perfect for my application. However, the included lanyard doesn't work well as it makes it nearly impossible to plug/unplug the usb-a device. Fortunately for me, I don't need to use a lanyard.

Reasonable price. Works great. No hassle to connect older printer to newer laptop. Only problem I had was limited stock, and phone order wasn't ready for pickup date promised. Customer service connects to call center; no way to phone store directly.

Now half our household electronics have only USB C and the other half does not have it at all. These adapters are super convenient to make sure our extras (SD Card Reader, for example) can hook up to any laptop or device with no worries. We love how the adapter can hook right onto a USB cable so you never need to look for it when you need it.

Worked like a charm to connect to my Macbook! The price is much more affordable than other brands as well! I like how small and convenient the adapter is, plus it comes with an attachment to ensure it’s never lost. Unless it falls off of course :/, but then you have another!

Worked exactly as needed. Using this for a small light to help with lightning during work meetings on camera. The light is USB A but I have only USB C ports free.

Replacing my desk top computer with a lap top, I needed the adapter to use my wireless mouse and plug in my printer. The 2-pack nicely took care of my needs and was a simple procedure to insert into the laptop.

Essy to use, Allows for older cables to be used with newer devices and chargers.

Works surprisingly really well. Simple to use and the extra sticky part that’s included is nice as well. Would recommend.

These work great for updating the USB C connectors for some of my electronics in my car. My car has the USB A outlets and the new electronics use USB C. I would definitely recommend.
