    I bought these adapters to see if I could avoid buying a new mouse, since my single USB port on my laptop stopped working I wanted a way to continue using my current mouse. These adapters were cheaper than buying a new mouse that connected either via Bluetooth or a C-port outlet so I got them. They didn't work in connecting my used mouse to my phone but I wasn't fully expecting it to work either since they are not advertised to do so. I DID however work for charging, data transferring, and storing files using a USB drive connected to the adapter.

    These adapters are awesome, especially if your new laptop has all USB C connections and you need to connect a headset or receiver for your keyboard and mouse. I keep a couple of these on me at all times when taking laptop to work and back home again.

    I have a new PC with many USC-C ports, and all my accessories are legacy devices. These adapters got me up going again. I expect though that I will eventually have to replace all my old stuff, like WebCams.

    Perfect converter if you have a mouse, printer, hard drive, etc on old usb technology and don’t want to spend hundreds purchasing all of those again new. Using these on my new MacBook Pro and they work flawlessly. Saved me hundreds of dollars.
