It was supposed to be delievered to my house with the TV. Unfortuantly the truck driver said it wasnt on his delivery order. I called Bestt Buy, trying to get through to Best Buy in Williamsburg VA. On phone a ciuple times for an hour. Never got through to a person. Finally gave up nd ordered a sound bar bracket from Amazon. Customer service time investment was very frustrating!

Realized once I opened that it has been used. Local Best Buy refunded as I mentioned to them that I never tried using it as I found out my sound bar included a mounting.
