It is very unstable when put in viewing position, if you can figure out how to get it to stay in that position long enough to begin with, because its like a balancing act. One slight move and down it goes. The clear back of the case fits the gen 10 iPad snugly, but putting it on can scratch your device if not done carefully. There are much better products out there for sure.
