I've been hung up on, phone is never answered, etc. This keyboard is an absolute trainwreck...it mis-types, adds letters, deletes phrases...in fact, it's going back today! It truly needs an exorcism at very least lol. DEF not a reflection of many other items I've purchased from you...2 desktops, numerous other items throughout the years...but this particular item may be a one of a kind mistake, so I'll try to take my chances with another.

At first I thought I was not hitting the "space" bar. Then the letter "c" stopped working. I changed the batteries and still no "c"- oh well. I guess I got what I paid for :-)

I have to use the numbers at the top of the keyboard above the letters now instead of the number pad on the right. For the arrow key have to use the mouse and click into the position I need to add or delete a symbol. Did not buy the insurance and past the 14 days return and exchange policy.

I will never purchase this keyboard again, the keys are horrible it takes me forever to login into my computer. The cap lock button is the worst.

I ordered the 1st one online for pickup when I got back home, I realized it was opened, used, and had parts missing. I returned it got a replacement combo and checked to see if it was factory sealed before leaving the store since Best Buy is now selling used stuff as new. Once I got home and set it up the E, M, U, and L keys would not work. Avoid buying this poor-quality combo and if you are buying anything from the Conway Arkansas store make sure it is factory sealed before leaving the store.
