I ordered the 1st one online for pickup when I got back home, I realized it was opened, used, and had parts missing. I returned it got a replacement combo and checked to see if it was factory sealed before leaving the store since Best Buy is now selling used stuff as new. Once I got home and set it up the E, M, U, and L keys would not work. Avoid buying this poor-quality combo and if you are buying anything from the Conway Arkansas store make sure it is factory sealed before leaving the store.

I bought it because it was cheap but now I am having to buy another one that actually works. And in the meantime using my backup wired keyboard, which works great but takes up one of my few USB ports. Plus I am still using the wireless mouse.

Keys sticking almost immediately and then needing multiple presses after just a few weeks is definitely not what you'd expect. First the right arrow, and now the E, F, D, V, and Enter key all do the same thing. I have to push much harder on those keys to get them to work properly. Every day I have to pop those keys off; adjust the rubber piece under it, and put the key back on so this keyboard will function properly. Unfortunately when the Cashier rang me up, he removed the wrong item from my receipt forcing me to pay more and now I can't even return this garbage keyboard. Clearly not intended for daily us.

Outside of about a 3’ radius the keyboard consistently drops keys and the mouse stutters. Bought for a home theater PC and it’s borderline useless unless the keyboard is parked right next to the PC… might as well have bought wired. :P
