    It mostly woks, ut misses letters consistently. In a pinch it gets the b done, I boght t because work needed a eyboard bu this will be replaced soon, very very soon.

    This is a terrible keyboard and only lasted a few months! The keys are not very responsive and then a few just stopped working. VERY disappointing! I advise you to avoid it.

    Been slightly over a year, and the keyboard doesn't respond to some keys properly (D key doesn't register often in several games), and the mouse has issues powering on due to the connector for the battery pushing into the casing so it's no longer making contact.

    it has a mond of it's when I'm typing. Mostly the shift button is cattywampus every so often. Working sometimes no working other times. Might be the cheap batteries they hive you with it.

    I received the keyboard on 2nd Jan and within 4 weeks time many of the keys are not working. I don’t suggest this product. Unfortunately Best Buy only give 2 weeks for return the product so can’t get refund. If I could have purchased from some other place that could be eligible for return as it’s within a month period

    The keyboard will show as a connected perephiral but doesnt actually cause anything you type to appear on-screen. This has held true when connected to more than one computer. The mouse feels flimsy, though it does function. I do t use it though, as the last time I removed the USB do gle from my laptop, the entire thing bricked and I had to reinstall Windows as my restore points disappeared and nothing else would work in troubleshooting.

    I got this combo back in late September, and by late October the mouse just stopped working. It's not the batteries, it's the mouse. The keyboard woks perfectly though.

    Keyboard is poor quality, bottom row keys require extra pressure which slows down typing. Mouse is fine.

    worked great for 3 months, then the membrane under the keyboard started shifting to the right, so I had to pop the keys off and shift the membrane back to the left (I ripped the membrane so now it's useless)

    BestBuy essential(ly) made a useless product. Mouse wouldn't connect, keyboard wouldn't connect. When it did, super unresponsive. Just a waste of time. Not worth it even at it's super low price. Pay a bit more and get a Microsoft or Logitech keyboard/mouse combo.

    I’m always having issue with the keyboard connecting to the computer. The mouse and keyboard uses the same usb connector, the keyboard seems to have a slow connection.

    The keyboard is nonfunctional after just over a month in use. It's not the batteries (replaced them) or the receiver (working fine with the mouse). I rebooted, reset, etc. Unfortunately this deal was indeed too good to be true.

    Do not buy this! It stopped working and no longer able to return. Only had it for about two months or so. Had issues about one month in, both keyboard and mouse stopped working, and no longer able to return it. Replaced batteries and it worked for a little bit. Now it’s not working at all.
