    Not even a month old and some of the keys on the board don't respond unless you pound them... Mouse feels and works great, though.

    Absolute piece of garbage. Keyboard continually had trouble staying connected to the USB fob. I had to buy a better keyboard.

    I purchased Wireless Keyboard in mid November, returned to MN 11/21. Returned to AZ 1/21 and my daughter arrived 2/4, she tried to install the key board to my 65" TV I purchased from Best Buy. It won't work because my TV isn't windows. I tried to return it today and was told I couldn't. I guess I will purchase my TV's and computers at a different retailer.

    Doesn't work with Android Smart TV

    I purchased this item mainly to use for my Android Smart TV but it only uses the Number Keys from the Keyboard & the Mouse doesn't work with Android TV.

    I brought this mouse and keyboard home during a studio construction project and it was weeks before I actually hooked it up only to discover a huge section of the keyboard had a dead spot and none of the keys worked. By that time I had long ago thrown away my receipt and I ended up not using the mouse either because a Logitech is a much better mouse. Wasted my money on this one.

    This has been the absolute worst keyboard mass combination I have ever used and when I went to set it up and use it with my computer it did not work at all and I had to return it

    About the absolute worst experience typing ever! And that's something I never thought I would need to say. All the keys had a time delay. So much so that I had to meter my typing so it wouldn't skip letters. I guess the mouse worked fine but I honestly don't remember.

    Honestly the saying “you get what you pay for” literally applies to this product. Steer clear unless you have absolutely no budget or no other options. Not backlit and is even cheaper feeling than an old windows 95 mechanical keyboard.

    In less than one week of use, the keyboard stopped responding consistently and the letter "a", "z" and "Ctrl" didn't work. Won't be shopping at Best Buy Essentials anymore.
