    The connection between the keyboard and computer keeps disconnecting. Have to type slower or it misses letters. Works for a few hours and then disconnects.

    After a month some keys don’t press when clicked unless you apply ample pressure and for some reason the number 6 just goes off with me having to click the reset button on the back. There isn’t any other usb keyboards in the room to get signals mixed up and batteries are brand new.

    The v and c keys stopped working after like two months. I had to copy and paste those two letters from an email with my mouse just to write this review. Do not recommend - worth it to pay a little bit more for a better keyboard.

    Terrible! This thing is useless! The guy at Best Buy picked it out for me to replace the one I received with my IMac that also broke after a week. You have to push slowly and firm on each key.

    Had the keyboard less than a month and the letter "r" doesn't work anymore. Threw away box and recipept because I assumed a Best Buy brand product would last longer than a month......WRONG. Won't be shopping at Best Buy any more

    Would not recommend this item. After using 2 days the number key board will not work. I work from home and entering numbers is a must. First product i bought best buy that sucked. Went to Walmart and bought one and i hate Walmart.

    I have exchanged this keyboard and mouse combo at least 3 times within the same month because the keys keep cutting out whenever they want. After every change, due to the year-long warranty, different areas of the keyboard will not work.

    First keyboard had issues with the keys not working properly within 9 days out of the box. I'm now on to a 2nd keyboard and the same issue is happening 16 days later. I will return this and opt for a better option. I don't recommend this item!

    Some keys didn't work out of the box. Mouse started having issues after a day or two. It's inexpensive but the one I got was not worth it. Might have just been a lemon but I wouldn't recommend.
