Tried new batteries, tried putting the dongle into another USB port, but it still is faulty. Makes typing documents frustrating and playing games impossible.

The first one I used for 4 months and the number keys stopped working. Used the warranty to return and replace with a new keyboard. Used it for 1 month and several of the keys in the middle are not working. Taking it back and will opt for a different brand.

It looked nice and the price was cheap, so I thought it was a good deal. I was wring. Some of the keys on the keyboard stopped working after two weeks of using it. I had to throw it away. Keys Not Working

I thought it was a battery issue, so I replaced them to no avail. At times, random keys will stop working and then start working again. Other times, the entire keyboard will not work. Very disappointed.
