Two strikes
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not real techy, but this product has failed twice. My first item arrived on time in good condition. However, after 4 days, it quit. Checked all the cables, ports and monitor; all good. The disconnect must be in the adapter. Brought it my local Best Buy, they tested it and determined it had failed. Gave me a refund and ordered a new one on the spot. Great service! Got the replacement, connected, all is good...for about a week. Then, zero connection and everything else checked out. Do I bother making another return? Probably should, but, in the meantime, I'll check other online sources.
