Was using a 20 watt wall power supply but the charger would only work when I spent about 3 minutes moving my phone around until it hit that one sweet spot. Too much effort for a wireless charger that should power up the phone as soon as the magnetic action takes hold of the device.

It worked "okay" for the first few days. Then after it would just stop working 2 minutes into charging. I tried many different bricks and still had the same issue. Pretty sad a cheaper one on Amazon worked better and had a much stronger magnet. Just remember, Best Buy buys these in for probably only $1-2 and margins the crap out of them to make a profit. I should have known this as a former employee.
