Takes forever to charge… not worth the money

So, ordered another one with Insignia 20W USB-C wall charger so I can use it with other units. The wall charger never got here and with out it this unit was useless to me. I decided after waiting more than 10 days to return it and now have to wait another 10 days for credit. Your return policy is very bad. I have purchased a lot from BestBuy but no more with policy like this.

I had to find a specific way to sit it on there to charge it wasn’t made to just place the phone on it because it would not charge. Got it for $10 and still wasn’t worth it.

Doesn't work just as often as it does work

Sometimes while connected to the phone it will seemingly randomly start/stop charging. completely unreliable and thus basically unusable. I had ordered 3. Returned the 2 unopened ones and bought official Apple ones, which work perfectly every time.

Second time I plugged it in didn’t work. Fiddled with the usb-c to wall adapter a bit and it worked. Took it to work, couldn’t and still can’t get it to work at all. Truly believe it’s a usb-c failure on the cord.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I made the mistake of purchasing the Anker 318 Wireless Charger Pad with 4' Cable, 10W, B2548JF1-1, Black bundle consisting of a charging pad, wall plug and USB-C cable rather than getting this product first, the Best Buy Essentials Magnetic 7.5W Wireless Charger for iPhone 16/15/14/13/12 Series MagSafe Compatible Devices in White. Anker's product wouldn't connect to my iPhone through my Otterbox MagSafe iPhone case. However, Best Buy's Magnetic Wireless Charger did connect through the case and had a strong magnetic connection to my iPhone. Best Buy's Magnetic Wireless Charger works great, awesome price. Get this one over the Apple one and save yourself some money!
