I've used other filters and my water tasted clean, crisp and refreshing. I'm not sure if I would purchase this filter again in the future.

BB keeps sending this to us and we have had to return them 3 times...... Getting tired of it. We went on line to cancel this order several time and it will not let us cancel it or change it. They say it is from a subscription but we do not any subscriptions set up. we do not know how to stop this junk. I will be cancelling our credit card now.....

I ordered the incorrect one and then ordered the right one. I didnt know the 14 day return policy until I tried to return. I have spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy with my BB CC and find I have to join the “club” to get a longer return date. I am very unhappy with the lack of help I received and should have used Amazon!! 4 weeks instead of 2 and since I ordered online more like 3.

I received an E-Gift card that needs a pin that I can not find anywhere in ANY of the emails I have received so not I can't even get that. I am so disappointed in Best Buy at this moment that I will highly NOT give a good reference as I feel taken advantage of again by not being able to use the gift card they gave me for all the hassle. Failed again Best Buy
