The kit did not have pieces to fit to my TV. I had to drill holes and find nuts that would fit the included bolts. It worked OK after I got it installed.

The other was taken back to return since it did not have the components shown on the bottom end of the mounts (presumed to hold the sound bar). If this was purchased (rather than the other) it may have worked.

You have to leave a small space if you have an upward firing atmos speaker.
