All as advertised. Easy to install--bottom piece with carabiner clip has a small piece of double-sided tape already mounted, easy to apply. Top fits snugly on lid. Leaves room for charging cable, and does not interfere with opening. I've only had mine for 30 days or so, but no yellowing or discoloration in clear silicone.

Just bought another pair in black. Great quality of sound. Although the button maneuver in the buds was a bit confusing to remember. Noise cancellation was excellent
