Maybe this will work with other brands, but it did not for my MacBook. Returned for another one.

Also, when I first wake up the PC the adapter is often unrecognized, and I have to unplug it/plug it back in. It uses built-in Windows drivers (I'm on Win11) so I can't update the driver. I've tried through device manager and windows update, no updated drivers are found.

Not What I Expected

This is my second purchase, 1st one was for a faulty laptop cable connector jack worked fine. This second purchase was for a faulty USB connector on the same laptop. Unable to connect a new Brother Printer same success printer worked great to! Both are Plug & Play EZ install. Saved me the cost of a new laptop thanks BEST BUY! They are the GO TO ELECTRONICS STORE in North Texas great techs & great service desk!
