The blu ray items that I ordered were of high quality. The shipping time was as long as could be expected.

When I bought this gift card, I had very high hopes of spending it on something really cool. Unfortunately, it was only 10 dollars, so I was stuck to spending it on some CD that wasn't even worth 10 dollars. I was so sad. But I pulled it together and found an excellent CD which I listen to everyday now. Thanks Best Buy Gift Card!

its a fun multi-player game. if you like the first one i bet you will like this too.

I sync'ed best buy with my American Express card, then bought a ten dollar gift card online. Got the card a few days later, but my $10 credit never showed up on my AMEX card. Thankfully, Amex customer service credited me the $10. Didn't have to explain much at all.

One star is too many. I purchased two $100 gift cards, and they will not work online. See the BB forum for more information from others who experienced the same inane scenario. When I tried to use the gift cards for an online purchase, I received a system failure message. Note - I used multiple browsers and waited the standard 24-hours for activation. When I called for support, it turned into a nightmare just as described on the BB forum. Look up "Best Buy Gift Card problems" to see an example. I am stuck with the cards because they were activated at a grocery store. I regret purchasing the cards or dealing with BB, and I should have purchased the product (a Christmas gift) directly from Apple.

The phones that were purchased work great, my only complaint is that I never received the $10 gift card. I tried calling 2 or 3 times and was always told it had been shipped on the same day that the phone was shipped and that I should wait a little longer. Well it's been 3 months and I still haven't recieved it. Don't be fooled by these promises.
