It has its perks. It's beneficial to receive deals before regular customers. However, I would like to receive deals two weeks in advance, rather than a few days. I enjoy the return extension for returning items. I wish it were 90 days to return.

After being a member for 6 months I can honestly say the membership is worth it. 60 day return policy and free shipping are the highlights. They also come out with a lot of member pricing and rewards so you can get your value back easily. Bestbuy also has an easy price match policy against stated competitors so if you find it cheaper within the 60 return window you can get a refund through a 10 minute online chat.

Overall, it's a vood program. I bought the membership when I bought my laptop, because there was a deal to get money back, so it paid for itself in that one purchase. The deals seem few and far between, so I will cancel once my year is up.

Didn't think I wanted this membership but it's great! We've purchased 2 large appliances. Had wonderful help from our sales associate and even received money back when the price dropped lower for Black Friday.

It was suggested I buy the membership in order to get a better discount price for the purchase of my TV. It worked and I git a better oruce for my TV. However, I didn’t get a better price when trying to buy other electronics.

I had the best experience and woukd recomment this store globally. My item.was the only one available. The staff found the item and even set it up to my ipod. I was offered membership and the benifits which came with it. I am supper greatful for my merbership with BestBy.

I made a comment in December and sent copies of reciepts and my complaint. Nothing from you. I have bought all my computers and equip from Best Buy since 1990s and never a complaint until I talked to you on December 1, 2025.

I bought this membership because I would’ve saved a chunk of money off my new laptop. Deal side, this is great to have for exclusive Best Buy deals that you and other members have. Deals come in all different categories and you can find some sweet deals. Also, it would be a great benefit for the family if a family member wants a deal you have access to, you can share the love and buy it for them and be reimbursed by them, it’s a win win for both parties. Some deals are few and far between if you’re looking for something specific, but with time and a refresh or deals, it may come up.

I guess this is OK, but honestly they used to give these features or benefits away for nothing to customers who passed certain spending thresholds each year. I purchased this membership exclusively for the extended return policy.
