Great customer service and the tv is amazing . !!!

I bought a new Sony tv,along with the best buy plus membership, then two weeks later the tv dropped $300 I went to my local Best Buy store and told them and they credited my account no questions asked,and I sill have over a month still to were the tv could come down more on the price,can't complain. One the thing I would recommend is,the item you purchase,keep it in your kart on the app,so you would get notified when it does come down in price,...Peace ✌️

My purchase of a new key board and mouse has been wonderful. I enjoy using my computer, and this beautiful and easy to use Logi key board has made my experience even better.

Purchasing best buy plus is good thing for me it give me discount on items that i buy on most or all items that I purchase, i would recommend any one to get best buy plus.

60 day price matching is amazing have only held the memebership for a few months now but price matching one item paid back the entire membership and some extra.

We bought a defective Sony K55 tv which had to be re turned, no easy project only to find the replacement had the very same soft ware defect at which time we replaced it with another make. The fact that we were members made a difficult process much easier as we always identified as members with our info on hand.

Our local sales representation, Tom Moulder is an asset to Best Buy. Thorough and friendly. The installation team is exceptional. I was extremely pleased the team took extra time made efforts beyond the expected to install our wall oven perfectly. When troubles arose, they handled the situation as professionals. This team of two deserves a real acknowledgment for great work.

Love the peace of not having to worry about getting the best deal or returning items. Great deal and peace of mind. Always a great value and love the service always there for me at Best Buy!

Pretty good deal. I got it because of an apple promo but ended up saving hundreds on a washer. Would recommend if planning a large purchase in the next year

This membership is great. I wasn’t sure about it at first due to the additional cost on my already large purchase, but it’s paid for itself several times over. I love the features that come along with it and knowing that I have the services and protections that I need, I would absolutely recommend this to everybody!

I urge anyone who is going to buy, and or thinking about upgrading all their home electronics and appliances to become a member because the pop up deals for members are AMAZING!!!!!!

Some item discounts have been more than worth the value. The one thing that would improve this membership would be some sort of priority queue as a member for certain item releases and drops so that you can mitigate bots and other scalpers.

When I think about technology, I don't hesitate to go to Best Buy. They offer advice, they're patient with me, very generous in guiding me carefully, and very detail-oriented, and I always end up buying more than I planned.

This membership has been very helpful as I can't go to the store. Free shipping and returns as well as customer support on the phone is extremely helpful. Plus you get extra time to return so more time to try the purchased item.

Although I was roped into it by a store representative and I am unsure if I can get a pro-rated cancellation since my purchase w/ price match depended on this membership remaining active, I think they do offer good perks as members.
