Overall pleased with the experience. Adding 1 year of membership was only about 5 bucks more than an individual protection plan for my new purchase (Playstation Portal remote player).

If you’re looking to buy something expensive I definitely find value in buying the membership as they give you special promotions and a price match service!

Great people - absolutely no hassle returns. Bought a 13” Mac book - too small for my aging eyes. Returned it for a 15”. Staff helped me make the exchange - no questions asked, no hassle. Purchased a My Best Buy membership at that time, returned within 60 days and received a $150.00 price match refund - again absolutely no hassle. Have been a customer for many years because of their policies and people.

Great plan, I like the flexibility for returns, and the bonus points are excellent!

When I signed up, there was an immediate discount on the product I purchased. The extended return period is very helpful-- gives you time to set up product and test it out.

If you want/need the 60 day return window, then this membership is probably worth the $50. It's almost like insurance, giving you more time to gain experience with your purchases before making the final decision on whether you keep it or not.

In my opinion, paying $49 for a My Best Buy Plus membership is well worth it. I recently purchased a Samsung side-by-side refrigerator, and the membership saved me money on delivery, installation, and removal of my old refrigerator.

We love our membership. I love Best Buy. I wish I have enough money because I love shopping there and the employee are amazing. Very friendly. They always help me with anything I need. Thank you so much.

Its better then any card i have recieved anywhere else paying back is not stressful and the amount i have to pay back is great its doesnt effect my other bills at all ive told people to apply and that they wouldnt regret it

The plus members ship is a plus, love the 60 day return on appliances as it allows you to real try out something first before actually committing to a product. Also took advantage of a feed finance promotions and discounts.

Its alright i haven't really been able to use my perks I have yet though.

I normally have a lot of issues ordering stuff on websites and finding deals. I’ve noticed on this Best Buy app that there are a lot of great deals, but it is very time-consuming. I wish they had it much easier set up where I don’t constantly have the refund my spot whenever I’m looking at items and lose Where I was at when I go to click on different item and have to restart all over again to get back to the same spot I was in my search but other than that I’d say that there’s a lot better deals on electronics than I’ve ever seen on Amazon

In speaking with my appliance salesman, he recommended purchasing the Best Buy Plus. It made sense as he explained at all of the benefits it came with. It was a good purchase and were happy we did.

I wish there were more discounts with membership. But overall alright.
