I purchased a new laptop HP model C0CL9UA#ABA on 10/12/2025. The Sale price was $319.99. The Salesman practically guaranteed that this Laptop would be even cheaper on Black Friday. The Salesman said, if I purchased the Best Buy Plus 1 Year membership for $49.99 I would be reimbursed for the cheaper Black Friday price. The price for this same computer was $329.99 on Black Friday, it was $10.00 more than what I paid over 1 month earlier. I feel that I got scammed buying the 1 Year membership. I would not have purchased the 1 Year membership if the salesman said it would be cheaper on Black Friday. I'm thinking the salesman gets commission pushing these memberships. Just a heads up for people buying the memberships.

What a surprise! Was looking for a printer, saw one online on sale. Went in to buy it. They asked me if I was a plus member, I was not, but interested. As they told me about it, I purchased it on the spot, and to my astonishment the priced reduced over a $100 just for being a member. Why not? Should have had membership forever, won't happen again. Choosing to get them, my Best Buy membership was a great decision because I had to return a computer after the 30 days in order to get a different computer that ended up being half the price! Only because I had them my Best Buy was I able to do this! Definitely worth it I give it more than five stars if I could!

This is a good value if you shop regularly at bestbuy. The membershop cost si a good value wjth the savings and monthly perks savings. The 60 day return window is great and it also increases the price match window to 60 days giving more time to get extra savings if something goes on sale. I frequently check especially deal of the days since they are good only that day for price match.

When I went in the store. I was looking for a controller for my wife computer. When a gentleman asked if I needed any help, I said yes I do , and I told him what I was looking for and he gave me several options. So I bought the one I got. And it works great. I also asked him about a wireless surround system. And again he gave me some options and I told him when I can I will get one soon.

I love tech. And I love my family and friends, whenever I see a good deal I shop online or buy at store. I don't buy for myself much but I buy for my family and friends and often gift them for Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter. I have family overseas and they appreciate when I surprise them. Bought a computer in April and the sales associate said that he could see us getting a $400 refund coming up. That we would get an email and then we just have to call the store. We never got an email but I did check and found the computer was on sale by $300. I just called the store and they issued me the refund. For the price of the membership and the refund it is something I would sign up for again. I just wish I would have gotten the email and that I could get a different payment method (best buy credit card). If I would have already paid off the card I'm not sure how they would have refunded the money because they do the credit the original payment used.

This is my first time using this specific membership. Its been a year since I had it. So far, its been a satisfying experience. The perks such as the reward certificates that you get for BestBuy purchases provide an incentive to purchase other items in the store with significant discounts. This is just scratching the surface as far as what the membership provides. I have the BestBuy plus which has been good so far.

Geek Squad Representative was awesome, he knew I was only working with $500 and I just lost my job was trying to get some for my granddaughter for x-mas. Applied for ZIP but we were having a lot of issues with the systems. So, I called ZIP the representative said please try again 24-48 hours the account was locked. The Representative was Awesome I wish we had more people and workers like him.

I am glad I have the Best Buy membership. I bought a laptop recently from BB as always (previously I bought 4 laptops from BestBuy). The laptop was heavy and was getting too hot and I wanted to replace it with a lighter one and one that doesn’t get hot. This agent helped me find a replacement laptop and I hope it works well for me. Thank you BestBuy.

Don’t really understand exactly how this works. I don’t shop Best Buy very often as it’s not close to my residence. However they do a lot of in store stock which has been great. So I can leave with what I came to purchase.
