Definitely real value, but the upgrade is most buck for money, since it automatically buys any protection for your product. Protection is definitely not cheap so it’s good they include it for every device in the upgrade plan.

Well - this is a little difficult to review at this time, because have not really used it yet (reason for 4 stars). Purchased because of package deal at time of purchase of new Samsung TV and therefore giving it a trial run for 1 year and will see how it goes and will then decide whether or not to renew annually.

The Samsung Bespoke 29 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex Refrigerator looks amazing in white glass and has tons of space. I love the Family Hub+ screen and the internal cameras—they’re actually useful for checking groceries. Cooling performance has been great so far. The only downside is the ice maker, which can be inconsistent at times. Overall, a stylish, modern fridge with lots of smart features.

So far it has been nice, but I also am annoyed that I had to pay a fee to receive the best price available with free returns. I feel swindled. This is a service that used to be expected with loyalty to purchasing from companies that pledge to take care of their customers. Now these memberships are just telling their customers that they’ll only seemingly make a bad situation right IF and only if you pay the $50 membership. It’s just a money grab. I won’t be paying for this after this year. I only signed up for it because i believe the profit would decrease in price within 60 days of purchase. This used to be a given with good quality customer service, now you have to buy your way into a club, so it’s only for those who have the extra funds sitting around to afford it. If you can afford it, then you get no customer service and no backing. That’s a crap message to send to your typical customer who buy one big purchase per year.

I waited to purchase this level of membership for a while since I used Best Buy for all my tech but I did not get new things very often. I’m my current situation, I decided it was worth it simply for the 2 years of protection on the vast amounts of tech I’ve purchased in the last 10 or so months. I returned and asked for a second open box replacement but the clerk got me a new one instead. I asked for lens protector the clerk asked would you like us to put it on for you. Not thinking I was going to get charged I said okay. I could have easily done it myself. This is a day before my one month travels.

Best Buy Membership is worth the money. After purchasing an item I received a the later sale price and I am getting money sent to me for the difference. Also I received a $5.00 offer I used to purchase a 4K movie. It is like a "Gift that keeps on giving". Your only regret will be not getting one if it is offered to you.
