My Best Buy Plus membership extended the return period the the laptop I bought, which allowed me to get my purchased priced matched when the laptop went on sale about 5 weeks later. Best Buy refunded me the $350 plus tax. The extra $50 I spent on the membership ended up saving me $350.

I purchased a 48-inch OLED Samsung TV after my 42-inch basic TV failed under warranty but could not be repaired. The Best Buy warranty process is quite involved and I needed the assistance of a Best Buy " Premium Advisor" to complete the sale. It required several return visits to the store but was eventually successful.

I have been a Best Buy Customer for many years, and I can tell that this is the best investment I have made at Best Buy so far! the ability to test products for 2 straight months and be able to return them at no cost is a game changer, that's more than enough time to really test a product and see if it's the right fit for your needs. Good job Best Buy!

Will having this best buy plus membership is a great value thing. The processes of getting me approve for it was very fast and the sales staff that was doing it on computer was very friendly and experienced. And I also like the benefits of this membership it gives me the protection for something that I buy with my best buy card and also for no interest for one year. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to save some money for not paying interest for one year.

This membership is a great value, and the benefits are fantastic. Javier Ramos did an excellent job of explaining to us all the advantages of having the plan. He went above and beyond to answer all our questions even after we were gone from the store. He followed up with us and replied to every one of our phone calls and text messages. If I had five employees like him, I could run a company.

I don’t think I’ve utilized this membership fully. I have save some money when the items I am trying to buy has promotional prices. It would be nice to see more promotional prices for plus membership.

The price of the membership paid for itself by getting over $100 off my laptop purchase. Then the laptop went on sale for even cheaper and was given a price match.

I got membership with laptop purchase. Its an effective purchase if you are looking for deals as they often offer things at prices you will not see without it

I loved the fact that i have a return window of 60 days and all the exclusive promotions and exclusive prices for a membership holder. I been shopping at Best Buy for the last 25 years even though i can find cheaper price than best buy but i am always loyal to Best Buy and I have a Best Buy Credit Card for the last 20 years that i been using.. This membership serves me well ...

It's great and useful but i have only used it once so far. If you're buying a big item or several things it's going to come in handy but I'd you only shop for electronics occasionally consider your needs.

The membership works out pretty good if you shop at Best Buy a lot. It has many benefits to getting it and gives you a longer period of time to return items.
