I had to wait for awhile for service but once the process started it was quite smooth and the sales rep was very competent in explaining and offering us deals. Overall, the service was great.

This membership could save you lots of money if your one of those people that likes to buy the next best thing or just new electronics in general really need this to help with decisions

It was my first time trying Best Buy plus member I really enjoy it. It benefits good.

Not good - cashier was super pushy and insisted that by opting in for the membership it would result in an immediate credit of $25 given the nature and amount of my purchase. That turned to be a lie. It was also indicated by cashier that the item I was buying would likely get on sale and I should be able to claim the difference (I never believed that part, so no harm there), BUT the info was also untrue. Overall, I take issue with the approach of sharing misleading info to get folks to sign up for membership. If I can’t trust folks to be honest why should I prioritize the brand and become a member? Canceling membership as a result of the above.

Saved me nearly $500 on an xbox controller and a $1000 tv for $50. And i have 3 months to exchange/return if price drops or i dont like it. And its almost black friday

The customer service at both Fresno and Clovis stores is excellent. They are friendly, caring, helpful, treat you with respect. Fitz at the Fresno store is always pleasant and wants to make sure you experience positive service.

This membership could save us some money. If our laptop that we purchased in October goes on sale for Christmas we have been promised the difference in price as a refund.

I have to say there value in the membership but to get the newest nvidia card, it lacks.

This membership helped me afford to purchase a new television. I appreciated the ease with which I could purchase and then finance the TV at 0% - which made it possible.

I wasn't really briefed a whole lot on what this program entails. However, if it gets me Geek Squad support for no extra charge it will be worth it if I need it.

This TCL 75" is an absolute steal at this or any price. Absolute perfect picture and you won't believe how great the clarity is in the old black and white shows. I cannot imagine a better picture than what this t.v. has. Would recommend to everyone. Gale

i went after 15 days to return something and was able to due to my membership i am very happy for this purchase which is very useful i get up to 60 days to make a return
