I wasn't really briefed a whole lot on what this program entails. However, if it gets me Geek Squad support for no extra charge it will be worth it if I need it.

i went after 15 days to return something and was able to due to my membership i am very happy for this purchase which is very useful i get up to 60 days to make a return

Glad i joined this membership. I had to return tv we bought. Only because the componets in tv wasn't good for hooking up to antenna . Listening to geek squad buying different antenna. And tv stll didn't work. Being a member of best buy i was able to return tv with no hassle. Thanks geek squad for telling me about this membership . I'll be back to get another tv from best buy always.

Jay is great helped me make the best decision for what I was looking for given I have little space for product. The delivery team with Geek Squad made things easier for me being handicap with set up.

I love the extended return. I thought I would be smart and buy the 14 inch MacBook Pro but I really needed the 16 inch. After opening up the box and realizing how small it was, I took it back and there was no issues with exchanging it for the bigger model. It was super easy. Return/exchange

I was very pleased with my customer experience in purchasing a refrigerator in February 2024. Although the refrigerator arrived severely damaged, the delivery technician was so helpful by immediately contacting Best Buy customer service to ensure I got a replacement. In the meantime, he installed the smashed unit so that I had a Working refrigerator until the replacement arrived. The email instructions for preparing for the delivery were thorough, and scheduling delivery was efficient. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful. Return policy is EXCELLENT.

I am always hesitant buying memberships but I did buy this one when we bought our new LG 65” model G TV. It was the middle of January and it was already on sale for $200 off. The following week they of course had the big sale prior to the Super Bowl and I used one of the benefits of the membership and got a $300 credit which was credited to our credit card. It was very simple and easy

One of the standout perks is fast shipping. For many purchases, you don’t have to worry about a minimum spend to unlock quicker delivery. That alone can offset much of the $49.99 annual fee if you shop online often.

Purchased a $1700 washer and dryer. Decent discount but not sure purchasing the membership was worth it. Today found out you have to use the BB card to get the rewards. Ok, it's not a problem to use the card and then pay it off a week later but in order to do that you have to KNOW they changed the rules. BB communication leaves a bit to be desired. I might mention the program if asked but wouldn't bring it up as a reason to shop at Best Buy and pay for the membership

The Geek Squad was very polite & professional. They listened carefully to our desires & then installed the tv & sound bar When it was installed they explained operating it to us. When done they cleaned the site & took the cardboard & other trash with them. They were awesome, & we appreciate them installing the equipment.

Well worth the cost! Highly recommend to all customers.

If you shop at best buy a lot this is a worth a look at. Getting special deals and extra ways to get rewards, you can really make up for buying it in a short amount of time.

Gives you longer to return something, and maybe has a few items a little cheaper as a result, but having to pay for that privilege seems like another way companies are just looking out to gouge consumers. I would give it 3 stars, but the only reason why I give it 4 is this is just the world we live in now. Without this charge, retailers like Best Buy would just lose against the Amazons of this new world. So, if you want to touch/feel/play with the products before you buy, you need to have the Best Buys still around.

Product automatically renews and don’t have to worry about it. Fairly priced as well
