I purchased My Best Buy Plus membership about two weeks ago and I have already seen its value to me. Good purchase.

I purchased a Samsung S90C OLED television and also purchased the BEST BUY PLUS member for $50 with it mainly for the fact that being a member extends your return / exchange period from the ridiculous 14 days to a decent 60 days. I know from experience it takes more than 14 days to discover most of the quirks a tv might have that you don’t like especially when you only get a couple hours a day to mess with them. Plus by being a member I have received small discounts on other items that while not that large they add up and will over time make up in savings what I paid for the membership I’m sure. Be aware that membership will renew after one year unless you cancel before then if you decide you know longer need it.

The whole experience with the purchase of my new TV was great. I came to Best Buy a few times to shop and each time the sales person was knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. After the purchase I had Geek Squad deliver and install the TV and sound bar. These two guys were very pleasant and helpful. They were neat, fast and certainly knew what they were doing. Everyone I dealt with made the whole experience very pleasant and easy!

My account is available whenever I need it. It's there for Christmas purchases and for all my computer needs. I can always depend upon Best Buy?

Membership is the best option for electronics items

The membership is amazing. I am always sick in advantage of the discounts. Don’t know too many stores that are doing stuff like this perfect for the holidays.

I like the prices given with the my best buy plus membership, but on the other hand I have found prices that are the same, the only benefit so far is being able to return products past the period if I did not have the membership but I do not use that anyway so I am not sure if I will renew. I think I recommend if I was buying often.

Decent benefits for the price, especially if you regularly buy tech, but good for appliances too.

I had to replace a computer that I bought in April because in July I opened it and found the blue page of death. The staff at Ridgedale Best Buy were so helpful and I was able to leave with a new computer in place of the older one. Having the membership is what let this happen.

I haven't been able to take advantage of this membership. They only give 2 weeks to return a cell phone. I thought it was 60 days. So it's a little dissappointing. I'm hoping I can learn to like this cell phone soon. I was very satisfied with Avery`s help in the store cell phone department. He cleared several phones problems.

Great for online orders and big ticket purchases. With this you can save on shipping costs and returns.

The person who assisted me multiple times was an excellent representative for Best Buy. She was knowledgeable, professional and just plain smart. Was extremely impressed with two persons at Best Buy who were equally outstanding. The first was a gentlemen who sold me the items and the second person was the master technician who offered operating knowledge.

Having the 60 days returns, paid for itself with a 43 inch tv. The tv just stopped working after 5 weeks. I was able to return it and get a different model with no issues.

I normally skip memberships but felt in this case that it would be beneficial.
