The memberships is offer great value in rewards and has special perks. One of the amazing perks I’ve learned about the return period being extended from 15 days to 60. Having the extra time help me determined if the products worked for me. Being able to return products and having my account pulled with just my phone number help me stay at eased. Losing a recipient it no longer a problem with the rewards membership. Thank you Best Buy.

Membership makes me wanna purchase more!…. I LOVE that I get access to so many deals and offers that wouldn’t be available to me without the membership!!….Great to have a peace of mind! Even my son’s PS5 is included and I purchased it in February did not get the membership til September! Wow!!

I got the membership with a promotional gift card for signing up. Without the promotion I would have never purchased the membership. I think that the typical 2 week return policy of this store is offensive compared to competitors and having to purchase a membership to increase the return window takes advantage of customers. I neeeever use Geek Squad, in my location its a disappointment but I am tech savvy and do computer builds and electronic stuff on my own. Furthermore, I am a member of another club that, for example, doubles the manufacturers warranty so for a notebook I get a two year warranty instead of just one. Why would I settle for 2 or 4 weeks? Absurd. Gave 5 stars since it didnt cost me money and I've saved $7 on a purchase so far. Maybe if you buy a lot of BB stuff and like GS its a win but hard for me to recommend based on my use. I do most of my purchases at BB via Deal of the Day and buy things I dont plan on returning.

So far this membership is awesome. I recently purchased a new laptop and learned with the membership, I'm FULLY cover, anything happens, covered. Decide I dont like the color, covered. If my laptop happens to drop in price, then I get that money back. (Example: $1000 laptop, I paid for is now $600, I get $400 back.) The membership helps me constantly.

Best Buy rep encouraged me to buy this as it was essentially free since I got a $50 credit for signing up. Now, my TV just went on sale after I got it and thus I just got an additional $100 back.

Sales person was amazing and very help full but service getting appliances installed was terrible had to reline stove to be level with countertop and microwave and dishwasher were canceled 4 times after i already took time off of work we finally installed them are self not happy at all .

The LG Refrigerator/Freezer with External Water and Ice Dispensers is a great model. It replaced my 25+ year old Frigidaire Gallery that unfortunately gave out on the Sunday before Labor Day. My experience in buying the LG at Best Buy was very good. My sales team, especially Cornell, was helpful, not high pressure. I walked the appliance showroom myself, then we went around together looking at the different options and I made my final selection. I just mailed my first payment on the 18 months interest free Best Buy Plus plan. It will be paid off before that time. I am enjoying my new LG - the brightly lit interior, the spacious shelves, the visible temperature control settings inside. The "door open alarm" is a great feature when the kids come over to visit.

Bought a computer in April and the sales associate said that he could see us getting a $400 refund coming up. That we would get an email and then we just have to call the store. We never got an email but I did check and found the computer was on sale by $300. I just called the store and they issued me the refund. For the price of the membership and the refund it is something I would sign up for again. I just wish I would have gotten the email and that I could get a different payment method (best buy credit card). If I would have already paid off the card I'm not sure how they would have refunded the money because they do the credit the original payment used.
