Best Buy Plus is a great membership deal. It provides 2 months worth of time to try each product you purchase and return it if you want to for a full refund. The membership pricing isnt usually crazy but the deals best buy provides in general are pretty good. Better than any other store tbh. But those membership deals add up over time. Definitely get this if you are a best buy regular.

We shopped for a replacement watch that had all the bells and whistles necessary. We were so pleased with the sales person who was able to help and show us the best selection for our needs.

The guys that came from Geek Squad are great. The one woman at the Geek Squad in Paducah, KY was always busy doing other things n working with me. Very brisk.

Very well worth the value you purchase the membership for. You get back what you put in. Plus, you get to have daily deals and weekly deals plus a discount every so often.

I'm still not quite sure the value. I used to be a platinum member and had perks for free. I'm not thrilled with the fact that now you have to pay for perks. Seems to be the American way now.

I have this membership but don't really know too much about it. I do know it extends my product return window. Other than that I haven't really seen much of a return on the investment. I'm likely going to look into this more or speak with an associate next time I'm in the store and find out what other perks I can get from this membership

I love getting discounts on items I buy, and the extra $50-100 discounts for Plus members are awesome.Plus, I've already purchased two Apple computers in a row using my membership! Using the membership has been easy. The website is simple to navigate, and finding member-only deals is straightforward. It's nice knowing I can access all these benefits without any hassle. Most importantly, I think the membership is worth the cost. The savings I get easily make up for the subscription fee. My shopping experience with Best Buy has definitely been better since becoming a Plus member. Thanks for offering such a good membership program. Customer service went above and beyond to get all my data tranfered from my old damaged cell phone. I was very happy with the time and energy they put into helping me.

I have bought an appliance from Best Buy store last month and love it. The price was right for the brand name appliance. The installation was scheduled the next day and it worked perfectly. We are happy to get what we want.

I had the most amazing experience with Best Buy Mountain View. Person the customer service desk was the most amazing person I interacted with. We bought the membership and two TVs. Couple of weeks later both TVs went down in price and we got the reduced price. Membership this year has paid back close to $1200

Recommended if you bought something expensive bc it extends the refund and return, from 15 days to 60 days
