Some times you pay for a membership but not sure of the benefits. I returned a printer twice because my MacBook was six and the printer needed a minimum of 11. THE CLERK ACCEPTED my printer because I had a 4 year return policy and I went to a received a new printer of my choice. I had almost a $100 worth of cartridges but could get them out. A geek employee was in the area and he took the time to retrieve the cartages . The one issue I seem to have issues with is to find help or a method to call for assistance.

One of the best investment and membership I have taken. I buy a lot and having this saves a lot.

This membership is excellent. It covers the warranty on purchased items for 60 days, and they give you a percentage of your purchase back, which can be used for future purchases. In short, it's magnificent, and I recommend it 100%.

I cannot use my Best Buy membership because the email function is blocked by Best Buy and no associate so far has been able to correct the problem.

The membership has helped me with testing a product I needed to use and to stay with a laptop that complemented another laptop I had. It also made my purchases and refunds more transparent.

So when I bought my first TV Sony Bravia 8, the sales person recommended Best Buy Plus in order to be able to exchange it within 60 days. After about 30 days I realized that this is not really the TV that I wanted and I wanted the LG G4 instead. So I just did the return. I had to pay the extra for the G4 but it was well worth it.

Thanks to the membership I have provided my self with tablet for work and business. In the moment when I bought this tablet, I truly was happy to have Best Buy card so i can afford and buy best quality and get best offer ever. I’m truly happy to have my Best Buy card and i will continue to be a loyal customer.

This was a fantastic membership that actually included the most important benefit of extending your return window from 30 days to 60 days. All I can say is that extra time is totally worth it especially if you forgot you purchased somehthing you no longer need or never needed but forgot about it.
