Best thing I could have got it help me get a brand new IPad then Apple Pencil and the Magic Keyboard for only 699 for all of it and I will be continuing to pay for my membership

We think this membership will be of value to us. We have not had a chance to use it yet but from everything we have heard, we will be pleased.

The retail space is important as there are many models that portray a similar product but are difficult to really see the out come.

I was skeptical when I first signed up, but after 2 years I’ve found it’s easily worth my money. I’m able to take more risks when purchasing something, knowing that I have 60 days to return - either because it didn’t fit my need, or a problem showed up after 30 days allowing me to exchange it for a working product. I’ve also been able to price adjust when sales up to 2 months after come up which has been amazing. I used to spread my shopping around, but as of now all of my electronics purchasing goes through Best Buy and it’s been greatly. Highly recommend!

This is a nice option for big purchases and when they have promos going on. Otherwise not sure if I plan on renewing. Member deals don’t seem to be that worth it.

I have always thought highly of best buy, before best I tried other shops.

The salespeople are pushy ! I felt like I was in a used car dealership ! You’re basically forced into buying the membership. Don’t be fooled by the installation claims. The delivery people are great but basically plug in the appliance but do not install water or gas lines unless you have newer construction.

Honestly so far ever time I've shown up with an appointment or an issue everyone has been super helpful and I enjoy the experience of buying with best buy When I got my computer the person there was able to show me what they actually had available in store and I ended up leaving with a better computer for my price range then I what I went in looking for
