Easy to use so far. We had a very terrible experience with Best Buy delivery and received a store credit for time lost dealing with the mess. We used the store credit to purchase something we then had to delivery. We were bracing for another bad experience, but the Membership actually worked to make the process go more smoothly. Makes you wonder, though - did I just pay for better customer service which maybe should just be free?

I honestly think the service is a bit more expensive than the benefit it provides. It would also be very nice if consumers didn't have to pay to have a good return window. Also, I haven't gotten a meaningful benefit from the service, as the open box item I set up the membership for was in bad condition, so it was essentially a waste.

Outstanding membership in every aspect of service and savings! Best Buy on Millerville Road in Baton Rouge, LA proved to be an excellent retailer in serving our every need.

This has been a great plan for me. Well worth the investment.

Since older & new technologies need to mesh sometimes and technologies change so fast, I’m grateful your stores offer these services and products.

This membership has paid for itself! We were able to receive a price reduction refund on a previously purchased item. Also, we had a defective laptop that failed after the 2 week normal return date but since we had the Plus membership, we were able to exchange it at no cost to us! Highly recommend it!

The membership is a good program for those that shop at Best Buy reguarly. My one objection to the program is that the rewards achieved expire in only a month or two and in "paid for" program membership rewards should not expire in less than a year.

This membership lets me know all the great things that are out there in the Best Buy world. Even when I may not be able to get the chance to get to Best Buy and see what’s new, having this membership reminds me of the bonus’s I may have gets me excited to shop. So I’m always happy to know I purchased my membership.

If you know that you’re going to buy a lot of technology in a month or two, it may be worth it to invest in this because of the extended return period that it provides. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that you can’t cancel the subscription without completely ending your coverage; other words, even if I bought it for a year, but I want to go ahead and cancel it a week after I bought it so that I retained the coverage for the full year, this is actually not the case. instead, canceling the subscription refunds you for the remaining months that you have not utilized yet, it seems that this is a way that Best Buy trick you into accidentally renewing because most people will forget abour the subscription after a year.

Its decent woth the perks only downside is the money back has a time limit for you to use it
